Good morning,
I am billing cpt #45331 and 45341 for one patient on the same visit. Should a modifer be used to bundle these two codes together?

Modifier 59 does not bundle codes together, it unbundles codes. According to NCCI edits these codes may be used together without a modifier, but Thomas is correct, there's no way to tell if this is appropriate without reviewing the op note.
