Does modifier 59 mean no Multiple procedure reduction? from what i understand of this modifier is it's for a separate procedure that should be paid but if there are multiple procedures MPR still applies it just means the code with 59 modifier does not get denied for being included with another CPT code am i right? Can someone PLEASE HELP!
 
Mod-59 is used to unbundle codes that are normally bundled. It has nothing to do with the multiple procedure reduction.
