Hello-does anyone know where I can find a list of CPTs that modifier 62 is allowed on?

Thank you for your help!

Hi - For Medicare, you can download the current RVU file (RVU21C) from https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Medica...nt/PhysicianFeeSched/PFS-Relative-Value-Files and then check column V (Co-Surg) to see what the modifier 62 policy indicator is for that code.

Or you can add a filter to view only codes with specific indicators. Select column V and then go under Data in the menu and click Filter. Click the arrow that appears in the top row of column V and select the indicator(s) you want to see (like 2 for co-surgeons permitted or 1 for co-surgeons may be paid if documentation supports medical necessity). Then you'll have a list of codes with those indicators. The indicators may change with MPFS quarterly updates and of course other payers may have different rules. Hope that helps some!
