I'm a newly certified coder & really need help! If a pt. has 2 Neb treatments on same day, ordered by same provider, can we charge for 2 treatments if it's the same set up, or do we just charge for the additional meds? Also, can anyone tell me how to code a "J wrap" or is it bundled into the E/M?
