Can I use this modifier with cpt code 67145 if they were performed a week apart from each other on the same eye? :confused:
 
Performed a week apart needs no modifier unless there is a global for the procedure if there is a global then 58, 59, 78, 79 would be the appropriate modifier 76 is for same procedure different session, same day.
 
If the CPT code description says 1 or more sessions and includes separate encounters during a defined treatment period wouldn't that mean you couldn't use any modifier?
