Wiki modifier 77

Do you ever use 77 on an EKG because it's hitting against a EKG that was read by another practice? Thanks!

Yes. The Federal Register gives this exact example for a 77 modifier, even if they are performed in the same facility if a different provider reads the second one you append a 77 modifier
