Wiki modifier 80 - I'm getting conflicting info

I'm getting conflicting info on whether modifier 80 may be used with 54840, please give your source with your response

I checked the code on Med Assets (Code Correct) and it did not show that an assistant surgeon was allowed for that CPT.
