Wiki Modifier -91 vs -59

As a college student health clinic, we sometimes have orders for STI screening from other than the "usual" genital sites in a non-symptomatic patient. Prior to a recent system update, we have used a -59 modifier for the additional test sites. We are now being directed by AlphaCoder II to use a -91 modifier instead. This seems like an incorrect use of -91 since this is not a subsequent test but a test from a different site.

What modifier are others using when multiple sites are tested for GC and/or Chlamydia?
