Hey everyone I am stumped on modifiers today for some reason

I need to bill a 58800 and a 58805

They drained the right ovary vaginally but were unable to drain the left so they did the left from the abdominal approach.
Not sure if I need a 59 on one of these codes :confused:

According to CCI edits 58800 cannot be billed with 58805 in any circumstance, it is bundled and is considered mutually exclusive. You would only bill the 58805 once since the code is both unilateral or bilateral.
