I have hospital charges for a patient - he was seen by two specialists, two different diagnosis, the one paid and the other denied since the doctors both seen the patient on the same days. Is there a modifier I can use for the doctor that got denied since the patient was seen for a different problem in the hospital? Thanks for any imput.
