I hope someone can help me with this. I work at a family practice and the doctor is doing phone calls with the elderly who don't have the capability to use video. She has so far used 99442 and 99443, but the claims are stating that I need a modifier pertaining to the ABN. Are ABNs being done differently during the pandemic? Can we do a verbal over the phone with documentation from the doctor that it was explained? Any and all help is appreciated
