Wiki Modifier help - If the surgeon has to go

If the surgeon has to go in and create a new AV graft on the opposite arm because the first AV graft failed, and the patient is still in the 90-day global period, which modifier would be appropriate for creating the new AV graft? I am thinking the -78 but wanted to get feedback. Thanks for helping.

I would agree with modifier 78, nothing else fits...79, 58
