Hello! Can you tell me if I need other modifiers for 44120,58150,36561-59,77001-26...when you get a chance. Thank you!
 
There are 100 different reasons you could require modifiers without any of that information being provided. Is the patient in the global period of another surgery? Was this an assistant surgeon? Cosurgeons? Was it Locum Tenens? Was one of the procedures discontinued? Was the surgery significantly more complex than usual?
If you're more specific about what modifiers you are considering, someone might be able to answer or guide you.
