Wiki Modifier - I have a Medicaid claim

I have a Medicaid claim denial for two injections J0694 and J1100. The reason code is 00211: Injections when alternative drug or route is possible require modifier. I have researched and have not been able to find a suitable modifier. Does anyone know what it is or where I can look?
