Good evening, Do we need a modifier for facility billing of 76376 (3D rendering with interpretation & reporting of CT in this case) with 70450 (CT head)? There is an AUC modifier on the 76376 & 70450. We are getting the message 'procedure inconsistent with modifier or modifier missing' regarding 76376. Payers are certain Medicare Advantage plans.
