Wiki Modifier Needed Fracture/open wd?

I'm hoping someone can help me with this wc comp patient fell from ladder has fracture rib also open wd (no fracture)to the finger my question is charging for the fracture care of the rib but on the open wd charge 12001 do i need to add a modifier of "59"?? thank you

Yes you will need to append modifier 59 to 12001.
