I know for Arizona, the flu codes to bill are G0008 & 90661. No modifier required for Medicare Part BI just got off the phone with Medicare Part B. We have denials for the G0008 because we also used the 90471 on the same claim and they state it is bundling. To unbundle, the G0008 requires a modifier. Does anyone know what that modifier is?

Re-bill 90471 with modifier 59I don't think you are understanding my question. We billed the 90471 with another vaccine that does not use a G code. We also billed the 90661 with G0008. Mcr is bundling the G0008 with the 90471 and they say we need a modifier on the G0008.
