I work for a dr office in Arizona, and i have a few patients here who come in for a tridex shot and i'm having issues coding this, and would like some help.

here's an example:

J3301 477.9 (2 UNITS)
J1100 477.9
96372 477.9

there is no office visit.....

is this an appropriate way for this to be coded, or should i try a diff route??
