I am coding 99213-25 with
With injection code 20552 (two trigger points) and injection codes
J1100 and J1040
Then a procedure code of 17000 and 17003

Does anyone know if modifiers are needed on the injection codes and/or the procedure codes. Would I use a -59 modifier on the 17000?
