modifier question on 46930 & 45330

We are an ASC and billing for a 46930-Destruction of internal hemorrhoid(s) by thermal energy (eg, infrared coagulation, cautery, radiofrequency) and a 45330-Sigmoidoscopy, flexible; diagnostic, with or without collection of specimen(s) by brushing or washing (separate procedure) . Patient had both procedures on same day/same time. Would a modifier be required on this? I did not see that there was one required based on the CCI edits. Thanks.
 
seperate procedure

Use modifier -59 if the separate procedure is independent of and not immediately related to the other procedures.

If the separate procedure is obviously NOT related then modifier -59 is not required.
