Hello, I'm new to billing anesthesia services with medical direction. When submitting claims that involve modifiers QX and QY, should the full anesthesia fee be billed for each provider, allowing the payer to apply the 50% split? Or should the claim reflect the already reduced (50%) amount for each provider?
