Wiki modifier RT

I have coded cpt code 10060 with a RT because in the operative note the doc does state RT buttock.

10060/RT

This how I coded this, this claim was audited and I was told that the RT is not appropriate.

Would this still get paid even though the modifier RT is on, would this effect the payment of this charge?

The laterality modifiers are only needed for paired organs/body parts. This code is in the integumentary section, which isn't really a paired organ, so the RT isn't needed.
