What is the requirement, if any, for using -TC on a UB04? My take is that since the code is billed on a UB by a facility it is billing for the technical component. Does Medicare require the use of TC on a UB04?

Example: RC 0320 71010 - TC or does it suffice with RC 0320 71010?
