Wiki Modifier xu & 59 not accepted for 45380

What modifier is use for 45380 with 45385 for medicaid, Modifier xu and 59 are no longer accepted.

Both modifiers are still allowed per the correct coding edits (45380 is the column 2 code) so this sounds like a payer-specific change. Check with your state Medicaid office - in Ohio, that information is usually in the published fee schedules.
