We did a thoracic laminectomy for arachnoid cyst at T8 and T9. Three weeks later we have to go in and do laminectomy for T10, T11, and T12.
What Modifier? I am thinking 79.

The dictation says she was 3 weeks status post T8 and T9 laminectomy for arachnoid cyst and was doing wonderful then suddenly started deteriorating.
It also says MRI done immediately after this surgery does show immediate resolution of the cyst.
