Our office had a patient come in for her allergy injection then later had a virtual visit with the provider . We normally list mod 25 on the OV, but with telehealth modifier needed, how do we list the modifiers? 25 then the telehealth mod or vice versus? Is this allowed? A new scenario for us as a company.
