Modifier LM, Left main coronary artery
Modifier RI, Ramus intermedius coronary artery.

RI - Ramus Intermedius
LM/LMCA - Left Main

There are now 5 major coronary vessels. The left main and ramus do not have branches for reporting purposes, yet.
