Wiki modifiers

Hello coders,

We are having some problems with modifiers.
Most of them being:

11100 with 17000
17000 with 11300

also when we do multiple procedures, we do check NCCI edits but still get a multiple procedure denial from some insurance?
My question is could we use a 51 mod or what could we use

if these are separate lesions the use the 59 or XS modifier on the one that edit shows is bundled.
