I Need some help when billing codes 99214,93000,93306& 93784 do we need modifier 59 on both 93000 & 93784?

There are no CCI edits in regards to billing 99214, 93000, 93306, or 93784 together. With that said some carriers may require the use of modifier 59 to differentiate the services. You may want to follow up with your contract division or carrier directly.
