Good morning can someone please help on this, do you put on modifiers to add on codes specifically 59 to 96375 or any add on codes? I thought we didn't but I am not sure and we have coders here putting them on so before I say anything I wanted to make sure..thanks for any and all help..alice
 
not ordinarily but if you have more than one 96375 then you use the 59 to show distinct and separate so it does not get dropped as a duplicate entry. But only one 96375 or any other add on then no there is absolutely no need or rationale for a modifier.
