I have a patient that was in an accident and was an admit. The pcp coded 99233 and the speicallist codeded 99233. They are in the same group. What modifier should I use to get both claims paid if any at all?

Even though they are in the same group, no modifier should be needed since they are different specialties. Have you gotten denials on the claims already?
