Wiki modifiers

What modifier is billed if any for a 92921 of the first marginal of the LC. Medicare says that LC is incorrect. Thanks Nancy

Nancy, Medicare is still denying the vessel indicator modifiers. I emailed my provider rep but I don't have a solution for the denials. We're just not posting them on the charges. We have them coded on our cath reports.
