CPT Code 81401 is a Tier 2 Mo Path code that includes >25 specific genetic test. My question is geared toward billing of units. So the lab completes two test listed under the CPT code 81401 does the provider bill the code twice, with two units or with a modifier. Thank you for your assistance:)
