Our practice is starting to perform molecular genetic testing with a cheek swab of patient, then sending the specimen to a lab. There are 8 CPT codes associated with this testing. Does anyone know how I code for this? Do I just code for a nurse visit or do I enter all the CPT codes in that panel with a modifier? Any help would be appreciated.
