Hello, Our office has a physician owned private lab that bills with POS 11. We are having issues with reimbursement for the molecular FLU, COVID & STREP TESTING. These are individual molecular tests (not a panel). Medicare will not pay for the 3rd test regardless of which test is listed 3rd on the claim. Does anyone else have a similar situation or seeing these denials?
