My question is how is other facilites handling the monoclonial treatment (G0243) are you guys charging a IV push or infusion charge along with the G0243 Because we are coming across a problem with the a error looking for an initial infusion or push to go along with the G0243(monoclonial treatment). Can someone give me some feedback on how your facilty is handling this.
