I have a provider who is a doctor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation that has moonlighting residents that are seeing patients in a skilled nursing facility, (the residents have completed more that 6 months of the residency program) can we bill for the visit under the doctor if the doctor is seeing patients virtually and the moonlighting resident is seeing the patient at the same time at the nursing home. Medicare has been not been very responsive to my inquires. Thank you in advance for any help. It is really appreciated.
