procedure: Stress test

description of procedure: Lexiscan intravenous was given, followed by cardiolite injection. Patient had appropirate heart rate and blood pressure response. Patient did feel slight pressure or tightness in the chest. No ischemic changes were seen. Patient did have rare pac's, pvc's before, during, and after the lexicscan injection.

Conclusion:
1) lexiscan stress test tolerated well
2) cardiolite report to follow separately from nuclear medicine department
3) patient did have mild tighness of the chest of unknown significance.
