I am struggling with getting more than two ECG readings performed on the same day by same provider. The initial ECG do not need a modifier; however, the seconding reading requires a modifier 76. How do I code the third, fourth ...... ECG Reading. Thanks

Have you tried billing the 3rd or 4th ones with the same modifier 76?
