My physician did a Morgan Lens eyewash, in the office, for a patient that had chemicals splashed in her eyes. It took 2 units of saline and 45 min. to do. What codes do I charge for this?
 
Based on an OV/Specialist... If diag is 940.09 (unspec burn of eye & adnexa), then it can b used w/ either 92004, 92014, 92002 or 92012. Just make sure u put in box 10 of hicf (c. OTHER ACCIDENT? YES and the DOS)

...could b different depending on place of service (box 24. b. place of service)
