Patient sent to ED for Morphine PCA...documentation reads that Crisis RN placed a butterfly & secured...PCA from pharmacy with bolus & continuous Morphine. We don't enter special charge for the Crisis RN, and the cassette & medication are charged by the Pharmacy. Is there a facility charge to enter for the facility in addition to these or should we just be coding the E/M level?
