Hi All:

We have a provider that is stating we cannot use more than one MPPR indicator per claim. They are claiming that because we are taking the 20% ophthalmology reductions that we should not also take the 50% reduction on the 67028. I cannot find any rule or regulation that states that multiple MPPR indicators can be applied or not be applied on a single claim. Any advice??
