I work in an office and usually use 70553 and 70553 -59 when we do an MRI of the Brain and MRI of the IAC. Now I was asked to find out what we would use for MRI of the Cerebellpontine angle. I'm stuck b/c I looked up where that was and it's right on the border of the IAC. So would it be just I use the same codes as if I was doing MRI of the brain and IAC or just use one code b/c it's right next to brain steam too. PLEAAAASE help me out and tell me what you'd think.
