We own our equipment AND read the reports. Are we supposed to be split billing these using a 26 mod and a TC mod? Please help!

We are an independent diagnostic testing facilty (IDTF) and we own our equipment. We have our own Radiologists here who do our reads so we do not use any modifiers, but if another Dr. comes in to read his own test he ordered then we add the TC mods.
You use them when "only a professional or technical component of the procedure was furnished"
