Our clinic has our own MRI machine but we outsource the interpretation to a radiologist. We have been getting denials on our claims because the ICD doesn't match what was sent in for authorization. Can we add the ICD to the claim that was ordered/authed even though those ICDs are not documented on the MRI report? In other words can we pull the ICDs from the order? Thanks
