An MRI scan of the head is performed with indication of headache. There are findings of sinusitis, mastoiditis, and mucoperisoteal thickening. Otherwise brain scan is normal.

Can the above findings be considered relevant or are they incidental? Will be extremely helpful if the response can be validated and backed with authoritative references.
