Wiki MRI joints same extremity...bill?

I found a policy with BCBS from earlier in 2013 saying that you can bill for each joint of the same extremity when an MRI is done for each. Example: Mri is done on LT shoulder and LT elbow...you can bill for both.

I also saw that the American Academy of Radiology says the same thing

Does anyone have a link to a policy for CMS or anything else for this? I need something to take to my co-worker to put her mind at ease.
