When billing for an MRI done of the brain w/wo contrast in addition to an MRI of the brain's perfusion, would it be recommended to bill 70553 and 76498 or JUST 70553?

MRI is tissue imaging while MRA is angiography or showing blood vessels. You have two different tests using different methods of viewing the same area. The procedure note and diagnosis to find out if the doctor was using the imaging test as a method of comparison for the results of the angiogram or was it for something separate from the test for contrast.
I think you're looking in the right code ranges but have to find out if "MRI" was truly an MRI or was the scan done as part of an MRA.
