Does anyone know what the proper CPT code is when an MRI C/L/T is done with Flexion and Extension?

The only CPT I can come up with is 76498 which is an unlisted code and I am afraid it will deny. Is this the correct code and do any insurance actually reimburse for it? If so, does documentation need to be submitted.
