On the same day in 2014, I have a physician that billed 99213 (claim paid) and a pharmacist that billed 99605 & 99607x3. The 99605 & 99607 were denied as not compatible with other services on the dame day (99213).

The charges went out without any modifiers. I am wondering if I should resubmit all of the charges and add modifier 25 on to the 99213. Or because the 99213 was already paid should I resubmit the 99605 & 99607 with modifier 59?
